How Virtual Sessions Work

I offer hypnotherapy sessions through Zoom to provide a convenient and effective way to access support from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are conducted over secure video calls and are designed to feel just as effective as in-person work—if not more—because you are already in a space where you feel relaxed and safe.

For our first session, I do ask that you remain on camera. This allows me to carefully observe how deeply you enter into the hypnotic process, ensuring the session is tailored to your needs. After this initial meeting, ongoing sessions are flexible. While I will always remain off camera—so that my full attention is on you without any visual distractions—you may choose whether to continue with or without your camera on.

Being off camera benefits you as a client by creating a calm, distraction-free atmosphere where you can focus entirely on your inner experience. Many clients find this approach makes it easier to relax, engage with the process, and get the most out of their sessions.
